Q: My shirt has a strange smell. Why do my shirts smell like vinegar? Is it toxic? 
A: To increase the durability of digital printed images, garments are treated with a solution that smells like vinegar. This helps to bind the inks to the shirt fibers which helps to maintain the print through repeated washings. The chemical is harmless, environmentally friendly, and usually vanishes after the first washing of the garment. 

Q: Why are my chosen designs only available on white or black shirts?
A: Certain designs may be offered on color garments that the artwork was designed to look best on. Some multi-color elements may clash or not show up well on certain background color garments.

If there’s a design that a customer prefers on a different color tee, please contact us to find out if a custom alternative order is an option. 

Q: What shipping options do you offer, and how much does shipping cost?  
A: Currently PureLifePlanet.com offers Free Standard Shipping for all orders, limited to US Domestic destinations within the 50 states, plus the District of Columbia. Currently we do not ship internationally or to the major and minor US territories or outlying islands. In the future we may decide to offer international and express shipping options.

Our free domestic standard shipping special will be offered for a limited time during our launch period, and may be extended through the holiday season. 

In certain states, and on certain products, we are required to charge local and state sales taxes. Sales taxes are based on the customer's delivery location and will be added to the customer's order total to be calculated upon checkout.

Changes will be updated regularly on our website and reflected in our product prices and descriptions, and applied upon checkout.  For regular customers, we will attempt to notify you by email of any changes via the email address associated with your purchase.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Currently PureLifePlanet.com's products are limited to shipping within the 50 Domestic USA states + DC. In the future we plan to add more shipping destinations and options so that customers everywhere will enjoy their shopping experience with us. Please check back with us for updates. 
 
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Free Standard Shipping normally takes 3-5 days in addition to the processing and production time. Printing, processing and shipping times vary depending on the individual products ordered and the destination of the shipment. (*Please note printing and processing times below for a more accurate estimate). 

Q: When can I expect to receive my order? What is the total turnaround time? 
A: Custom-printed products are not mass-produced. Each item must be processed, printed and packaged individually. Different types of products may be sourced from different locations that vary in their production times. Due to these variables, products from different categories placed on the same order may ship separately or be subject to delays. Turnaround time may also be impacted by local conditions in certain locations and (that may include extreme weather events or other circumstances beyond our control). During high volume, peak holiday and seasonal periods, delays of up to a week may be experienced. On rare occasions an order can also be delayed if an item is out of stock. Orders for T-shirts and clothing are shipped separately from art prints, pillows and other products.

Most Tee-Shirt orders ship between 2–4 days of the order being placed. Shipping/delivery time is then added to the production time. Average total turnaround time for domestic tee-shirt orders - from order date to delivery - is one to two weeks. 

For posters, prints, pillows and other products, processing and shipping times vary. During off-peak months, orders are processed within 6 business days, and up to 12 business days during peak periods. 

Q: How do I check the status of my order? 
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed, printed and shipped. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does PureLifePlanet.com provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Yes, with certain limitations. If you find damage, defects, errors or in your order, (if you received the wrong item, size, color, or design that you ordered), please contact us immediately! We will do all we can to correct the problem to ensure your best shopping experience. Simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! 

Q: Do you offer a refund or exchange if I don't like the product?
A: We’re sorry, due to the nature of our custom printing, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please visit our return and refund policy page for complete details.
